We went there at their closing time like at exact 11. I know it’s our mistake that we went on wrong time, but the staff was too rude. They don’t have any etiquettes to talk with their customers. I also working in customer service but didn’t behave like this. So, maybe his name was karan, he should learn some etiquettes.
Generally I don't have problems with the people here for my gas and lotto, but today things were bewilderingly aggressive. Gas went to 0.00 as I turned in, so instead I just went to exchange a free play lotto. The cashier told me that I "had to" get encore, but I told her no (twice). She added it anyways and snapped with "What, you don't have a dollar?!" I said "I did, but I told you no. Why do you keep saying I 'need' to have it?" Instead of giving a proper answer, just dismissed me and told me to just take the ticket and leave. I'm confused by this whole exchange because, honestly, this should have been a simple exchange of a new ticket for a free play. Now I'm not sure if I feel comfortable coming back here because what on earth was that aggression about
Missed a turn, and ended up here. Felt like a 1980s Gas Station, with cars for sale ($5999 for a Lexus, if interested) by its East side entrance & an Auto Repair next door. Whole building has a light, washed-out, pink colour, that makes it look rundown. During my visit I found many shelves empty - they were out of bread/ milk, sandwiches appeared stale, or as my kid said “from last century”. This place is in a bad need for a reno. And a new paint scheme.
